1. It is essential that you carefully read and understand these General Escrow Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms replace all previously issued General Terms and Conditions and apply to your use of our Escrow services from this moment onwards.
2. The Terms are current as of the Effective Date, and subject to change. In the event of a change, we will upload a new version to the Site. You should check this website for the latest version of this document before using our Escrow services.
3. All Escrow fees must be paid by Buyer and Seller prior to finalizing the transaction. Escrow fees are expected to be paid once both parties have accepted the transaction terms. Escrow terms are only legally binding and effective after the Escrow fees has been paid. If the Escrow fees are not paid by Buyer and Seller, the transaction is only a proposal and has no status on our Agency records and website.
